For Speakers

• How do I register as a Speaker?
• You can register yourself as  a speaker by going on the speaker registration page. Click here to go to speaker registration page.
• As a speaker do I get staying accommodation?
• Accommodation will only be provided to outstation speakers on twin sharing basis.
• For how many days will I get the accommodation?
• Accommodation will be made available one day prior to the event and will be available till one day after the event.
• Will I be reimbursed for my travel expenses?
• Speakers will be reimbursed at actual for there train/air/bus fare at actual maximum up to Rs.5000/- INR.
• What kind of an audience will I be interacting with?
• As such a speakers selected talk/workshop will highlight the prerequisite for audience before they attend the talk. But still the audience present can be a mix of freshers, experienced individuals, industry people etc.
• What is expected under a talk?
• A talk is generally a seminar type session, where the speaker will be provided a time frame of one hour (45 Minutes talk and 15 Minutes of Q and A session).  There is no hands on for audience during these sessions.
• What is expected under a workshop?
• A workshop is generally a hands on event. Where the speaker is provided with a computer lab environment with the required software present.  The audience are expected to follow the speaker in a hands on session. Duration of the same will be two hours.

For Delegates/Attendees

• Who is a Delegate/Attendee?
• Any one who would like to attend talks/workshops in the event is considered as a delegate/attendee.
• Do I need to need to register for the event?
• Yes, one has to register before one can attend the event.  The delegate registration will be open around a week before the event.
• How do I register for the event?
• An online registration form  will be available on this website for delegate registration. You will have to use the same for registering for the event.
  
• Is there any fees for attending the event?
• There is no fees for attending the event.
• I am coming from out of Pune to participate in the even, will I be provided any staying accommodation.
• Delegates have to arrange there own stay.
